Annie Clark, Lifestyle Health Consultant / Author / Guest Speaker for Health and Lifestyle Topics / Facilitator of Retreats around Australia.

Before getting involved with the health industry, Annie was a photographer and a graphic artist. Annie created her own line of gift cards, marketing them to gift shops all around Melbourne until she was recruited by Regency Greetings to create a line of gift cards for the company.

In 1988 Annie was also part of the first crew (as a cook) on the Ocean Spirit, based in North Queensalnd. Annie also ran a market stall from The Original Kuranda Markets, and a Morning Tea round, where she baked, packaged and delivered home- made healthy cakes and muffins to various businesses around Cairns from 1989 - 1994.

Annie has worked in various areas of the health industry for the last 27 years. From Sales and Marketing in Health Food shops in Victoria, to furthering her studies and gaining skills in Health Consultation using Iridology, NES (Body Field Scan for health evaluation) and Nutrition.

From 1994 - 2004 Annie ran a private retreat in Kuranda North Queensland, educating her clients in raw food preparation, providing a personal healthy home stay experience and creating live in retreats, around the Tablelands and Northern Beaches of North Queensland for larger groups.

November 2009 Annie her family moved to Cooroy where she currently practices her consultations and business. Annie continues to research and write about health and lifestyle through her two blog sites: www.thepooinyou.com.au and www.theartofwellness.com.au. Annie also carries out Raw and Natural Food preparation workshops from her kitchen several times a month. The date and times of these workshops can be found on the bewell site.

Annie manages and runs The Art Of Wellness Seminars 2 times a year and develops and writes books on health and lifestyle topics. She is married to Darryl Clark - www.dampsolutions.com.au and is the mother to one son, Jay who currently attending High School.
Annie is passionate about writing, public speaking and fitness and continues to create topical books, speak at various events and finds a mountain or challenging walk to do each year.
